Remy Klammers
Executive Director & CEO

Remy has spent his entire career in leading investment banks, pioneering Structured Products and Trading Risk across the Globe.

After starting his career with BNP Paribas, he moved to Goldman Sachs where he attained the sought-after title of Partner at the age of 34 while leading trading operations in Japan and London. He joined Lehman Brothers Tokyo, and then moved to Singapore to take up a role as Global Head of FICC for Standard Chartered Bank plc where he was responsible for significant revenue generation. Remy holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London and an Engineering Degree from “Ecole Centrale-Supelec” in France.

Sylvain Baude, CFA
Chief Investment Officer

Sylvain has 20 years of market experience where he held various positions as portfolio manager on Equity, High Yield Credit and Cross-Asset Strategies. After starting his career and spending 6 years at BNP Paribas Asset Management as Equity Portfolio Manager, he moved to a billion dollar Multi-family Office in Switzerland focusing on equity and convertible bonds. Sylvain has spent 10 years as Partner and Chief Investment Officer at top-tier multi-family office in Singapore where he oversaw the management of various thematic and cross asset investments.

Sylvain holds a CFA Certification, a Finance Masters Degree from Concordia University in Canada, and an MBA in International Finance from IAE France.

Joel Guglietta, PHD
Quantitative Macro Strategist

Joel was previously a senior global macro quantitative strategist at Dymon Asia and Graticule Asset Management based in Asia. He previously held various positions at Hedge Funds and Asset Managers acting as managing director, quantitative strategist and portfolio manager.

Starting his career as an economist for the French Ministry of Economy and Finance, Joel has expertise managing strategies from L/S quantitative macro strategies, to risk premia, statistical arbitrage and CTA-like strategies deployed across all asset-classes. He is currently finishing his PhD in Mathematical Economics at GREQAM (research unity jointly managed by CNRS, EHES, Ecole Centrale) after an M.A. from the doctoral program ESSEC-IAE as well as an M.S. in Finance from Reims University.

Ramani Muniyandi, PHD
Non-Executive Director

Ramani is a firm believer that new technologies and innovation will move this generation into the future. He has provided advisory services for start-ups and companies that are involved in, modular construction for temporary accommodation, nano-technology for building materials, fin-tech solutions in sports and medicine, alternative energy solutions, blockchain and crypto industries. As well as his expertise in these exciting new technologies, Ramani is also adept at providing relevant and bespoke advice for traditional services such as real estate transactions.

When he is not providing solutions to his clients, Ramani is engaged in philanthropic work in particular with charities that support people with physical disabilities and mental health issues. Ramani is a practicing member of both the Law Society of Singapore and the Law Society of England and Wales with more than 25 years of experience in cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance with emphasis on environmental and corporate social governance, succession planning and private wealth management.

David Toh Ka Hock
Board Advisor

Since David entered the profession, he has specialised in tax planning and corporate structuring. He worked at various accounting firms from Sydney to Hong Kong before joining the then Coopers and Lybrand, Singapore as a tax principal in 1990 and later as Head of Corporate Tax. After Coopers and Lybrand merged with Pricewaterhouse, David became Asian Theatre Head of Tax M&A and the head of China M&A Desk.

David retired from PWC in July 2007, and joined Want Want China Holdings Limited as an independent non-executive Director, Chairman of Audit and Risk Management Committee and Renumeration Committee. He is also the Lead Independent Director of Ocean Sky International Limited. He holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Dominique Jooris
Wealth Management & Technology

Dominique accumulated more than 25 years of banking experience spanning New York, London,Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. Before founding WMCockpit, a Fintech company developing holistic estate management and advisory tools, he was Head ofWealth Solutions for Asia-Pacific at Deutsche Bank, he looked after HNWIs across Asia, developing solutions for their financing needs at a corporate level from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that role, he was the CEO of Bank Pictet& Cie (Asia) Ltd from 2016 to 2021. Dominique also held several prominent positions at Goldman Sachs since 2005, including Managing Director and Head ofCredit Capital Markets for Asia.

He holds a degree in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School (Belgium) and is a guest lecturer at the Wealth Management Institute (Singapore) and Middlebury College (United States). He is fluent in English, French, Portuguese, Dutch, German, Spanish and Italian.

Anthony Harris
Middle East Strategy

Anthony Harris’ career in the British Foreign Office, where he focused mainly on the Middle East, included postings to Beirut, Jedda, Riyadh, Khartoum and Cairo, and culminated in his appointment in 1994 as Ambassador to the UAE. On leaving the Diplomatic Service, he joined Robert Fleming in the City, in their Middle East Corporate Finance Department. When Flemings were taken over in 2000, he left to set up a consultancy businessin Dubai. After a spell as PR Director for the Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group, he set up, in 2006, Robert Fleming Insurance Brokers Middle East, nowpart of Tysers Insurance Brokers, based in the DIFC, which he continues to manage. He also writes on a wide range of Middle East political and economic issues.
